Leading and improvising

We bring a contemporary view on how to lead for change within your organisation. Focusing on relationship dynamics, conversations, group patterns and ingrained mindsets and beliefs.

Put your masks on and get ready to confidently face all the uncertainty and complexity in your organisation. Here is where we delve into improvisation: a term more commonly used in the arts and theatre but applies just as importantly in leadership. Leading with flexibility in response to rapid change is an art that is conquered with this seed. We teach you how to improvise in times of need, adapt to any situation at hand, and remain confident and bold through it all to prepare you to respond to any unforeseeable challenge.

Leading and Improvising is about being open, curious, and agile. It’s about making bold offers and learning to say YES to the mess and just going with it. It’s about letting go of “perfection” and not fearing to fail because we all do!  It’s about building confidence for the team and being active and ready to think on your feet when it’s most necessary that you do so. We will give you the tools to achieve all these goals to no longer fear any setback or change, but instead to charge towards it with confidence and energy knowing you can handle whatever comes your way.

All the seeds we offer are targeted bite-sized, robust skill development boosters. No longer than 90 minutes to 2 hours, we support our clients to receive the insights they’re looking for in a modular session, specifically focused on their own context and needs. They fit perfectly in a face-to-face or virtual session.
