- Develop and Build
In partnership with you, we start to co-create, build, and experiment with what the future could look like for your change, how it will be different and what that means for individuals and teams. Articulating results and ambitions here and identifying why that is important.
We seek to provoke teams to think of possibilities, stretch their boundaries and dare to dream. Balancing the need for structure and forward planning with creativity, openness, and flexibility to adapt and respond as needed.
- Commit and Experiment
Before people can really commit, we know that there will be an expected, helpful and normal level of testing and resistance. Through facilitated sessions these are brought to life to allow all barriers and fear to be revealed.
Through these conversations, the real clarity of expectations emerge. We focus in on specific expectations from individuals and teams and break these down into smaller behaviours that can be experimented with.
The aim of this phase is to shift mindsets, behaviours and culture.We gain momentum and already achieve tangible results.
- Practice and Deepen
New behaviours need practice. When we practice, we need feedback. In this stage, we focus on building a culture of feedback, recognition and courageous conversations, as people and teams start to see their new behaviours coming to life.
Addressing unforeseen challenges and celebrating successes are all part of deepening the commitment, maintaining focus and attention and staying clear on expectations towards results.
- Review and Commit
Noticing improvements and steps towards a goal is an ongoing process through our work together. Goals are always shifting. That is why, we are firm in holding you to review and recommit. To avoid the loss of all your effort, resources, and energy, we will hold you to continually review and recommit. Adjusting to your strategy, focusing on your results, and stepping consciously into the next step with clear intentions.
