Season's coaching process
- CONNECT: Understand context and expectations for a coaching contract
- CONTRACT: Commitment-driven contracting session on personal goals/vision and ways of working
- COACH: 60–90-minute sessions (virtual or face-to-face). Dedicated to a double-loop learning focus, building on the reflections before and the practice in between.
- REVIEW: Review progress and goals.
Facilitated action learning groups
We also offer facilitated action learning groups, where we sit with teams to ensure that their learning is progressing and to answer any present questions.
We listen to the group as they discuss and share with each other their takeaways as well as where they’d like to improve on individually and as a team. We encourage these discussions to go deeper to further instil these messages by listening carefully, asking questions, and pinpointing certain comments that need to be discussed more.
These action learning groups take place throughout a program, depending on our client’s needs. They can be done virtually or face-to-face.
