Emily Court founded Seasons after a 14 year career in the pharmaceutical industry. She has spent the last 10 years supporting senior executives with organizational change and leadership development.
Emily obtained her MSc in Organisational Change from Ashridge Business School and blends ‘hand-on’ business change experience with a robust understanding of the latest principles and research in organizational psychology. Emily has a genuine interest and passion for understanding people and brings her expertise, compassion and drive to partner with leaders to make meaningful change happen.
Layan Abu Aysha is the junior consultant for Seasons Consulting. She completed her MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology at the London School of Economics, where she researched and analysed businesses from a psychological lens to better grasp how to implement successful organisational change and leadership initiatives.
Previously, she has attended McGill University in Montreal, Canada for her bachelor’s degree in psychology and behavioural science, where her deep love for understanding human behaviour was unravelled. Layan is passionate about finding solutions to problems and is motivated to give it her all to help businesses achieve their desired business goals.
Fred Schoon is an organizational behavior consultant who blends contemporary schools of thought in organizational development, with a diverse career. He studied English at Utrecht University, served as an officer in the Royal Netherlands Airforce for 6 years and made an executive career in a global top 3 pharma giant in local, regional and EMEAC leadership and organization development roles.
Fred completed the Professional Consulting Development Program at the IOD of Louvain University. He is a certified NLP coach and a Lean Master. Black Belt. He is passionate and relentless in working with leaders to grow their impact to support growth of the impact of the companies they serve.
